Need to toggle mist & flood on or off each time entered in the G code. If M9 reverses the code state no problem would be useful.

Regarding the mist/flood thing, are you trying to get them to pulse while active? i.e. "M7" starts a on-off-on-off cycle and "M9" stops the cycle?
Or something else?
Otherwise, M9 shuts off both M7 & M8 like normal controls.
