If you mean the "recent topics" list on this forum, you can not, it is automatically added if you did not read it yet, when you read it, it is removed for you form the list.
Things you already opened/read are never shown to you again.
The list is automatic and is personal for each user.

Now if you want to have it back on that list for other users, you can add a reply with the text "bump" in it, or any other text that is appropriate, but the best thing would be to add more info regarding the question/issue as that also helps us to help you.

If you are having trouble finding the previous topic, look at "My Topics" in the bar near the top.
