This looks like a wrong network configuration,
Make sure that jumpers on your mesa card are in the correct position for ip address 10.10.10.10
Make sure your network card (on your PC) is set according to this: forum.linuxcnc.org/27-driver-boards/3559...ethernet-mesa-boards (or edit \etc\network\interfaces)
A common mistake is to set the network card (PC) at ip address 10.10.10.10.
Once done you can first type: ping 10.10.10.10 This will tel you if the mesa card could be reached
you can also type: mesaflash --addr 10.10.10.10 --device=ETHER --readhmid Which will provide some info about your mesa card

One more thing:
It is much easier to provide help if we see the whole report file instead of a incomplete picture.
Simply click on 'Create Report File' button (below the text on your picture) and attach the generated file.

Looking at the top right of your picture I see that you also have another issue... You will end up with a gazillion network icons (located on the right of the clock) which will cause even more problems...
This is the nm-tray icon problem. Have a look here (1st post) for the solution to this: forum.linuxcnc.org/38-general-linuxcnc-q...little-issues#226480
