Hello guys ,
I wonder if anybody has experienced a
similar  problem before.
whenever I run this code (cad cam generated) It works fine the first time it's run, however when trying to run for 2nd time it stops at G99 line .
I have other manually generated programs wich run without problem.
This machine was previously updated from linuxcnc 2.6 to 2.9

Is it possible that the R position is out of bounds?
Any chance that the system is waiting for spindle-at-speed?

Did you specified G90 or G91 in g-code file?
