pncconf error configureing spindile

Hi!

One of the users on cnc-club.ru has reported pncconf error.
He was configuring mesa 7i43 and after axis was configured an error was raised on the spindile configuration tab.
It seems like it should be set_active("useatspeed") instead set_active["useatspeed"] at line 5757 and 5754.

EMC verstion is 2.5.
