PncConf does not fit in 1024 x 768 screen

Hi,
I there a way for me to get PncConf to fit into a 1024 x 768 screen. It would seem to be hard coded to some other size and makes it unusable on a standard monitor. I can't see the buttons at the bottom of the screen.

I opened the dev version and it opened smaller. The distro version opens small but jumps to a larger size somewhere while working. Could be when I open another window over it. Not sure how it happens at this stage.
