Hello,
I am trying to connect more IO to my 5i20 but I am experiencing difficulties . The setup is like this . On the 5i20 P2 has 7i33 P3 has 7i37 and P4 has 7i44 . On the 7i44 P0 7i70 P1 7i71 P2 7i73 . I flashed svss4_8 on the mesa and moved the .bin and .xml so that pncconf sees them . In the firmware selection there is also sserial option which should work but pncconf stops at some point and doesn't let me save . With svss the setup finishes only if I select less than 4 serial connections . And after it saves LinuxCNC reports problems
Which firmware version will do the job ?
Should I terminate the unused outputs on 7i44 and how ?
Should the LEDs on the 7i44 ports light up ?

OK
I saw the problem . In the .hal file the firmware name was written with capital letters the actual name is with small letters .
