Thanks for the info. I did some more tuning and things are alot tighter than any other machine I've tuned. I stay within .0005" on a high speed direction changes and within .0002" the rest of the time. My PID numbers are off the charts based on my previous experience.

I did this with my servo thread rate where it was though, since I couldn't figure out where to change it.
My [EMCMOT] SERVO_PERIOD = 1000000, it's the only variable I could find.

[EMCMOT] SERVO_PERIOD = 1000000

Thats it (in your setup)

so setting

][EMCMOT] SERVO_PERIOD = 500000

would set the servo thread rate to 2 KHz (500000 ns period)
