My schedule changed, so I got the change to build some bitfiles (these belong in /lib/firmware/hm2/7i43-2 )
andradela1.BIT has the PWMgens swapped around so that (hopefully) the first PWMgen is aligned with the output pins of the 7i37
andradela2.BIT moves PWMgen.0 to pins 46 and 47 (ie, the second connector)
You can see the pin assignment by typing "dmesg" in the terminal after LinuxCNC has started.

Thank you, now i have a primary problem, i cant save the file in the 7i43 folder. Copy and past does't works.

you need to copy with root privileges:
sudo cp somebitfile.bit /lib/firmware/hm2/7i43/
sudo cp somebitfile.bit /lib/firmware/hm2/7i43/

I saved the file in the 7i43-2 folder and renamed it, but pncconf does not call the new firmware.

Heres a simple analog output circuit for a 7I37
If you have enough power available, suggest 200 Ohms 1W for R1,
2K Ohms for R2 and maybe 100 uF for C1
