Hello.
My first post here. This forum has been quite few times useful to me, but now I need help which I can't find anywhere in forum.
I am building cnc mill with mesa card 5i25 and 7i76. Today I ordered 7i84 card which will be connected to 7i76 rs422 port.
Pncconf wizard doesn't show me option for selecting smart serial card 7i84. I saw that is hard coded in python pncconf file(unlike firmware-s which you can add into /lib/firwmare/hm2/xx).
How to add 7i84 card to pncconf ? Do I many have to edit python pncconf script to be able to select 7i84 in pncconf? I will use all inputs and one mpg encoder input.

Currently Its probably easier to make a working config for the
7I76 and then add the 7I84 I/O connections directly to the hal file

If some on can post the hal pins of the 7i84 in the regular mode and the encoder mode I will add it in a future version.

The 7I84 pin names are identical to the 7I76 or 7I77 field I/O pin names
(well other than possible channel and port numbers and the 7I84 name)

I finaly got 7i84 card. Here is halcmd show pin relevant to 7i84If some on can post the hal pins of the 7i84 in the regular mode and the encoder mode I will add it in a future version.
