Pncconf - Mesa 5i25 connector configuration was created by LS
I'm setting up a new cnc router with a Mesa 5i25. I've installed LinuxCNC 2.7.3 on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. The 5i25 has been been flashed with R990 firmware.
When running through the pncconf configuration, on the 5i25 I/O Connector Tabs it appears that the (pin?) numbers are incorrect. Some are 3-digits, and others are 1-digit, and there are duplicates (from memory). I don't have a screenshot of my pc, but I've attached a similar image that I found on Google Images.
(1) Is this a bug? How can I resolve which function is connected to which 5i25 connector pin?
(2) When I select 'Launch Test Panel' ... nothing happens.
Any assistance is appreciated. Cheers!
Note: The attached image is an example that I found on Google Images, it wasn't from my actual machine.

The number are not connector pin numbers unfortunately - they are component numbers.
in your screen shot for eaxample:
machine enable is GPIO 001
x axis is stepper 1
From that and looking in the manual your should be able to figure out what pin it is.
and Sorry the launch test panel is broken for the 5i25 series.
