PnCConf Backlash and STEPGEN_MAXVEL and STEPGEN_MAXACCEL

When using the PnCConf, I turned on the backlash compensation (through the PnCConf UI). The ini file generated will not have 'STEPGEN_MAXVEL' and 'STEPGEN_MAXACCEL' properties, but the properties are referenced in the hal file. Thus linuxcnc will not start.

Is there a way to fix this without manually editing the ini file?

Manual fixing it is the only way till pncconf if fixed.
I'm just not sure what the best fix is.
That code is from before pncconf used PID steppers.
Setting the max to 0 tells the stepgen to use the maximuim possible but that had some problems on some systems.
PID steppers fixed that problem AFAIK so maybe setting it to 0 is fine in all conditions.
