I know this is an old topic but I’m having similar issues I think. All the limit switches on the inputs are lit up yellow. I used shielded wire and grounded them but now they are just brighter.

The inputs LEDS would be on if you have NC limit switches
(and go off when tripped)

Yeah, but they are NO and are all lit. When I manually push one then the others get darker and that one gets brighter. I think it sounds like a electrical noise issue but the wires are grounded

what is the input common connected to?
Sounds more like a wiring error of some kind

No v- isn’t. It goes from v+ to limit switch, other wire from limit switch to input on Mesa. Then com is v-

My guess would be that you have a large AC (maybe HF)
voltage from V- to frame ground.

I’m not sure. I’m going to make a larger control box and see if that helps. Things are a bit close. But is the wiring right with what I said?
