I will try it tomorrow.
But if i would set that bad, it wouldnt match the distances too? Or as it is working in velocity mode the distances dont matter?
I say this because my original configuration was with no encoders ( no feedback of position) and it worked in position mode, and it worked well. Maybe i changed anything in the drivers and i dont remember. Tomorrow i will try it and see what happens.

With a closed loop system, you can set the stepgen scale to almost anything and "tune around it" since the PID loop will force the encoder count to be correct, but it will make the stepgen velocity settings behave as strangely, as you noticed...

I can't remember what effect it has, but I see your [TRAJ] MAX_VELOCITY is lower than each axis max.
