Bridgeport Boss 5 retrofit W/ Mesa 5i25/7i76 Card | Original SMD/ACC and Power

I am doing a PC/Mesa retrofit to a Bridgeport Boss 5.
The original power, spindle switches with manual speed control, SMD and ACC cards are still good.
I am trying set up the pin outs and get the PnCConf wizard configured.
Attached is my current guess at pinouts.

1) Are the xyzlimit switches, Start and EStop 24V input signals?

2) How do you input the Hold function and is it a 24V signal?

3) Are the Spindle Enable and Spindle Det 24V inputs? How do you configure the Spindle Enable and Spindle Det?

4) Are the K8 wires that go to the SMD boards to be sent on 24V output signals and configured using the BLDC/HALL on TB6?
