No it is not lit. But measuring field power inputs show 24v. Thoughts?

TB1 pin 1 to TB1 pin 8 reads 24V?

( make sure you do not live plug or switch the DC 24V supply to the 7I76E)

Yes TB1 between pin 1 and pin 8 reads 24vdc. The only switch I have is between line and my power supply, an Antek PS-15N70N24R12.

So, I decided to go throw an o-scope onto the power supply to make sure it wasn't ramping up beyond the 10v/ms, and it more like 10v in 17.5ms, so we were good there. ( see attachment ).

In doing so I noticed that I connected the 24v supply to the vField inputs on pin 4. I measured pin 5 (vin) at 24 volts also so figured the jumper is truly a bridge bridging pin 1-4 and pin 5 together. The manual seemed to agree with this wiring, as it states: "Note: When W1 is in the default left hand position, VIN is connected to VFIELD, so only vFIELD need be supplied to the 7I76E to power its field IO."

However; I decided to move the input to pin 5 (vIN), and after reapplying power I noticed that the field power LED was now showing illuminated, vField shows 24v and vIn shows 24v. Running the halrun commands from above I now see the field I/O pins, and everything is working

I am still stumped on why I got 24v on the VIN ( pin 5) when the powersupply was connected to the field, yet it did not power up. Sure if I had a schematic I could figure it out, but alas it is not important, what is, is it works. Thanks everyone for the pointers.
