As in the subject...and I would like to know if I am right limit switches NC need to be inverted?

Yes NC switches will read true when off limit so must be inverted for use with 7I76 inputs

Look at the " floating switch" LED in the GUI you are using, move the torch up by hand until it trips the switch, the LED should be ON when the torch triggers the switch.
If it is not, invert it in hal.

he asked on the breakaway for pausing the cut
There i got a Quetion can i give PlasmaC a incremental pos to move like G91 X50 Y 50 Z15
to get the cutout that somtimes make a problem remove
and will it return to the last pos where i triggerd Brekaway Pause

Is there a Video online that showes this behavior

You would need to use variables for storage... To return to where you started I guess...
