Thank you that is a relief,
I am new to plasma cnc my search showed that they have up to max velocity 9500mm/min so default should be 9000mm/min? I think
that makes it clear why mine is slow with 33,3mm/s
I like to use the wizard and not already tweak by hand a default setup.

I compiled the package manually on debian 10 and installed the package then on the same machine.
is only pncconf part copying possible? & where would I get it from?

The file to change is screen.glade
it's in that src/emc/usr_intf/pncconf folder but must be installed in lib/python/pncconf folder
