default and max velocity limited? was created by CNCFred
Dear all,
I would like to know why max velocity is limited to 2000mm/min and default velocity is limited to 1000mm /min in pncconfig

I have a problem that my motors are turning to slow and I seek to accelerate them.

thx

What would be a good limit?

Thank you that is a relief, :-)

I am new to plasma cnc my search showed that they have up to max velocity 9500mm/min so default should be 9000mm/min? I think

that makes it clear why mine is slow :-) with 33,3mm/s

I like to use the wizard and not already tweak by hand a default setup.

thank you again

is only pncconf part copying possible? & where would I get it from?

The file to change is screen.glade
it's in that src/emc/usr_intf/pncconf folder but must be installed in lib/python/pncconf folder
