I' upgrading a ShopBot PRT 4' x 8' router. I have a 5i25 & 7i76 combo set. Currently I have XA stepper on TB2 pins 1-6, XB on TB2 pins 7-12, Y on TB2 pins 13-18 and Z on TB2 pins 19-24. I used PnCConfig to setup my steppers. During config I setup the 7i76 as follows:
0 X Axis StepGen, 1 X2 Tandem StepGen, 2 Y Axis StepGen, 3 X Axis StepGen.
I'm currently use the Axis GUI. If I manually home each axis I can jog the X Asis fine. However, if I try to home the axis automatically only XA is activated during the homing cycle which I end up stopping.
Once I get the motion working correctly I will be adding in my proximity switched on XA, XB, Y & Z. Then I will add in my VFD.
Thanks in advance for any help and support.

Tandem axis requires home switches, although you can set up "immediate homing" for testing.
