Greetings.
I am trying to configure the steps of my motor and the movement, configure all the parameters of my belt and pulley and it is ok, I just don't know why the motor vibrates too much at low speeds, is it normal? or maybe it's the driver? I have set a microstep of 24v = 4 pulses / revolution=800

The vibration is normal for stepper motors at low speed.
Set the microstepping higher = less vibration.

I want to use 32 micro steps that according to my driver gives 6400 pulse / revolution, but when configuring my axis scale the maximum value is 1000, why can't I put 6400?

Because that's the number of _full_ steps per revolution,
it should be 200 if you have standard 2 phase step motors.
