Use this, it is much faster to install
forum.linuxcnc.org/9-installing-linuxcnc...nd-easy-installation
Or use the official install instructions:
linuxcnc.org/downloads/

What does HAL show for the value going in to the ...analogout0 pin in HAL?

The 0.1V is measured with a multimeter at the Mesa terminals?
Do you also measure 10V there?

ACM to Pin 1
VI to Pin 2
+10 to Pin 3
nothing to Pin 4
DCM to 5
FOR to Pin 6
DCM to Pins 7
REV to Pin 8

Configured VFD HY
PD001 = 1...OK
PD002 = 1 .......(but Hrz still can be set only manualy on VFD) :(
PD044 = 1.....OK
PD045 = 5.... OK

Can you check it pls?
(axis are not set pls check only spindle setup)
