I would watch the values of hm2_7i76e.0.7i76.0.0.spinena and hm2_7i76e.0.7i76.0.0.spinout
as you do the test

hm2_7i76e.0.7i76.0.0.spinena = TRUE
hm2_7i76e.0.7i76.0.0.spinout follows the slider all the way to the left/min = 0.0, all the way to the right/max = 1.0

Right so a spinout value of 1 = 5 mV
You need a spinout value of 2000 to get 10V

All seems OK from a quick glance, that brings the question: are you using GmoccaPy?
Not sure if that is the cause/issue, but i am sure GmoccaPy does some stuff o it's own.
