Strange, because an update of emc2 + hostmot2 put me the pinout of default. I renamed my file in SVST8_4.bit pinout. because such MYNAME.BIT was not loaded.

No, the driver doesn't know anything about pinouts. pinout information is stored in the bitfile and read by the driver. If you upgraded probably what happened is that you were using one of the example configs (the .ini file) and it got overwritten. if you want MYNAME.BIT to be loaded you need to edit the appropriate .ini file

You cannot edit the bitfile as such, you need to edit the hostmot2 firmware source and re-compile
(using the Xilinx tools = Webpack)
