remap m6 probe tool

for days I'm trying to remap probe with M6 for manual toolchange but I can not make it work.
I would only use axis and oWord ...
at this point I remapped the M6 ​​and this calls the file mychange.ngc
Up to here it works but I can not make the measurements correctly.
if someone can give me an example using g38.1.
