One way to do this is to start each part program with a G92 X0 Y0 and then finish them with G92.1 (or G92.2)
linuxcnc.org/docs/2.7/html/gcode/g-code.html#gcode:g92
You can then position the machine in any way you want (G code or jogging) and the part G-code will rin as if the origin was at the tool position when the part was started.
I have a few things like D-sub holes programmed this way.

I could layout different files on one sheet or just one that was repeated a number of times that was based on the length of the stock on the table.
