It might well be possible, and it might be interesting.
But I doubt that it would be easy.
A good starting point is that it seems to have a compatible GPL license.

Hi,
Had the same idea, or maybe go for a FreeCAD integration for a complete CAD/CAM/CNC chain
Another thing that'd be great about CAMotics (as well as FreeCAD) would be sharing, or at least import/export of tool table formats in the 3 softwares.
Anyway thanks for raising the idea, and further more for having a look at it !
Edit: about tool table format, convergence toward ISO 13399 or GTC format would certainly be great as more tool manufacturers offer their tool spec/catalog in this format
