problem with usb flash memory

hello everyone
I'm new in linuxcnc and have many problems. one of it is usb flash memory (pen drive) i cant open it on linuxcnc but when open windows it is working good.
I tried some video one youtube but it dose not work.
Please help .

sudo apt-get install exfat-utils exfat-fuse

Ubuntu ,Mint, Debian ....
Version like 18.04 wheezy bionic ....

in terminal
uname -a

that woudt help us to get you to the problem
There is also a live Helpchannel for the linux of your system on IRC
that brings you forward

and some Sticks are not compatible with linux
even if they are formated on linux
