He did get it to work as he mentioned it in another thread, but he is to shy to say he's sorry !
listen u ###### i dont know how to connect hal pins to signals or components
if u can help just help or just dont do anything
I am suspecting that LinuxCNC might not be the right solution for you.
Have you read the HAL documentation ?

You are referring to a mesa pin when you have a parallel port so no wonder it is not found.

This configuration works perfectly
But i want my pause and resume button's externally also not on toggle but two saprate buttons

You should start a new thread in the Hal section, this section is for working examples.

just use a OR chain to get your 10 buttons on one action
right it down first befor starting programming into
and ofcause do all the stuff at a postgui file then you can have realy good success on a 4 corner panel with all actions around the "house"

The "logic" HAL component can be used to make a single 10-input OR if required.
