The 7i73 LCD is extremely easy to connect to HAL. And the 7i73 also adds a number of other handy features, such as matrix keyboard decoding and MPG counters. All on the end of a single CAT5 cable and without any coding other than HAL.

Yes, I integrated the huanyang panel plus MPEG for 4 axes plus analog speed etc.
I was enerved from constant choosing (wrong) axis before moving (the correct) ;-)
Have to draw the symbolic and probably try to get them laser printed on aluminium foil.

are the Axis safe in some way as you need to press a second button to move
or as 4 MPG on it is likly to be hazzard to move the pendand
highly risky for me on just taking a look PRO Use only grandpa will kill the mashine

I'm the only user. And I'm not a believer in hyper-protection against myself.

And i stick with LCNC/Gmoccapy modes model. So no moves in auto.
And when in manual I want them to move.

Small detail: X and Y are always on the same "increment"-factor. And rotative axis A has "degrees" oriented ones. So 4 mpegs have 3 selectors.

Just an idea. If you do have a seperate button that needs to be held down to use a MPG, you might be able to configure that to select teleop mode as you press it. This has been a godsend to me. I can grab the pendant and jog from anywhere even if I'm a few metres from the console. In gmoccappy, it takes you straight to the jog tab and away you go.
# --- PENDANT SELECT JOG MODE (Yellow Button)---
net pendant-jog <=  hm2_7i76e.0.7i76.0.0.input-30
net pendant-jog => halui.mode.teleop
