HAL MIDI module was created by havard.fjaer

Hi,

I wanted to share the HAL MIDI module I wrote yesterday, that connects my KORG nanoKONTROL2 MIDI controller with LinuxCNC.

First time I write Python or anything for HAL, so any feedback on that is welcome.
