Hello,
I am trying to put into operation my hand control of the brand RATTMMOTOR 4 according to the instructions of Talla83, video on youtube. Talla83 said to comment out all the lines that prevent the machine from starting in the Hal file that is responsible for the handwheel with a #.
The machine starts and all buttons and switches work. Only the handwheel has no function. Can someone please tell me where in the Hal is the error. I am a beginner with LinuxCNC and do not get on now with the startup of the handwheel.
In the simulation of LinucCNC work the handwheel as described in the video!

the driver outputs the mpg only to the feed overide, I've been tinkering with it and i don't have the time to fix it.driver needs to be rewritten it's full of bugs

press 'continuous' will hopefully act the same as mine and switch to mpg mode, doesn't revert. always the same when it starts though. got mine going yesterday finally.
