glade installation problem

good afternoon ... linux is hitting me a beating! but as rocky feet again ..!

I could not install glade, I tried with sudo apt-get install glade and I get error:

err es.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/lucid/main xllproto-core-dev 7.0.16-1 connection failure.

err es.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/lucid/main Libice-dev 2:1.0.6-1 connection failure.

0% waiting for headers.

I tried other sites but nothing from the ubuntu download center and nothing. loading falls to 5% and stays there.

the server is having problems. will place software source, another server, the best option and it worked.
