Jog Wheel now also as Hal Glade Widget was created by newbynobi
I just needed a jogwheel to get on with "Lumi" (Linux User Machine Interface ; the industrial version of gmoccapy) and so I decided to build one.

I pushed it today, so it is available on master for your convenience.
