spindle display via 7-segment LED

Well something is happening now! Just not what I thought

This causes the meter to count by sixteenths which is fun but not all that useful:
net spindle-position gladevcp.hal_meter1

The this one acts like it's working out an RPM but it's a decimal value with thirteen digit accuracy hahaha:
net spindle-position gladevcp.hal_meter1

So close!
