I created a virtual panel to see the spindle speeds and zero the axes, but even though I give home to all the axes to enable the virtual panel buttons, they are not activated and neither is the spindle speed button. Also the virtual panel window appears very small and I don't know how to enlarge it. What will be wrong?e it.

[DISPLAY]

Notice anything wrong there?
INTRGLADEVCP = -H gvcp_call_list.hal gvcp-panel.uiO_GRAPHIC = linuxcnc.gif
should be
INTRO_GRAPHIC = linuxcnc.gif
As for sizes, those are ditable in the gvcp-panel.ui file, example
<property name="width_request">100</property>
That means 100 pixels wide.
As for hal, pretty sure
halui.mdi-command-00
will do nothing or that command must have an entry probably in the ini file.
Sorry i can not help much, but i never used glade.

I cannot really verify this because some files of your config are missing.
I don't know which further pins are on the net "machine-is-on" for example...

And I guess gvcp-panel.ui is included in postgui_call_list.hal?
