Need Help with setup
I'm having trouble getting my machine to run. I am running with linix cnc, it can only be run manually during stepconf Wizard. When I start linux cnc and running, I can see the LEDs light up to the axis of my brekout board, but the drivers are turned off. I run with these parts PM542 Microstepping Driver, ZP5A-INT 5 axis breakout board, SPS407 Power supplie 42V and SY60STH88-3008B Nema 23 stepper motor. The machine is for plasma cutting

Starting with very basic, are you out of E-stop and turned on? (F1 then F2)

This is a manual for your drivers in case you don't have one, so you can check they are wired correctly.
Particularly check what you have done with the Enable connections

You will need to post your .ini and .hal files for us to be able to advise further.

due to the way this board buffers the signals you may also need to set the parallell port pin 1 to be set in your hal file as an amplifier enable , it may also need to be inverted.
hopfully the first solution will work

so long as of course you have your stepper power connected to VCC & GND
once you have the green led lit , trying to turn the stepper shaft now it should feel solid and unable to move in direction
