What files you need to edit depends on the use of the other G540.
If the other G540 is used to drive other joints/axis you will need to
edit both the hal and ini files to setup the other joints/axis
"num" probably refers to the stepgen/pwmgen/gpio instance

About the HAL, that's what I was thinking/hoping.
I thought that, too about the "Num" column. But the numbers go as high as 33.
Also, what would be the difference between Num 000 and Num 0 ?
Both can't be an instance of zero, can they?

I think pncconf uses the hal pin instance field name so
things like GPIO pins might have 3 digits but other hardware
might have only 1 or 2.
