Ballscrew Nut Replacement Parts

I have a THK BNT3210B ballscrew off my turret mill for a general clean.

The nut wipers are somewhat worn/distorted and the ball return tubes show damage from a previous attempt to remove them with a sharp tool (not by me).

I am in Australia and all the local suppliers I have contacted say spare parts are not available.

Can anyone suggest a possible source ?

The only 2 I know are TEA Transmissions and Statewide Bearings who have a motion division here in Brisbane.

Statewidebearings (WA) are listed by THK as the Australian distributors.
Contacted them, got referral to Vic, who said 'no parts available'.
I will try TEA.

The HiWin site looks good, definitely worth a closer look when the time comes for the next CNC machine.

Looked on dfa1 in Korea, they are impressive.
Found a matching used ballscrew/nut/bearings combination at an acceptable price.
But, my email to them is so far unanswered.
Their website is in Korean with prices in WON, and no indication of an easy international selling path.

Anyone got the secret to getting a discussion going with a Korean company ?

Statewide purchased a linear drive company here in QLD and Martin came with the sale so he's been in that industry for years. He is very helpful. And remember, we get up 2 hours before you guys do on that side of the country. I suspect the THK dealership came from that purchase.

Spoke to Martin but he had the same story - impossible to get replacement parts.

Asked around and was introduced to a Korean student at the local university that agreed to help.
Eventually called the web listed number, and was told that they do not deliver to foreign addresses.
Spent some time trying to find a Korean version of 'Shipito'.
Found a website aimed at Korean ex-pats, and a local (Sydney) courier service with an address in Korea.
But, when I re-checked the stock at the seller, no longer listed.
Checked several times since to no avail.

Checked all the balls under a 200x microscope.
Half the balls are worn, but probably re-usable.
The others either show scuff marks or pitting.
The nut has two separate circuits, so one half may have been the problem
I need new balls.

I measure 102 x 6.365 mm and 1 x 6.355 mm (last digit is midway between marks on the micrometer scale).
The micrometer measures spot-on at 5.1 mm and 7.7 mm on slip gauges.
My inspection grade DTI station puts the diameter at closer to 6.37 mm.
Probably 1/4" nominal oversized to fit.

Can anyone comment on how to assess the required ball diameter ?
And a source for 110 balls at not too high a price ?
