Help to find manual

I need to configure pulse welding controller for welding steel. It works in automation system but welding results are very bad. This controller produces by Bratislava VTS Electro (www.welding.vts.sk).




In general, there is on the front of controller is picture of transitional process of welding. All parameters are configurable (leds
abow show what parameter I use). I need to read more information about it's configuration.


On the picture down is aproximatly good welded, it's now detached but broke.


Does anybody worked with such controller or analog to it?

Have you tried to contact the manufacturer directly?

I tried contact them by mailng but they keep silence.
Now with some tried-and-falls, I got some understanding of parameters. But I still can't reach good quality of welding. Problem with welding thin and thick wires.
Thin wire melts but thick is cold and welding is very weak.
Afte Cristamass celebrations we will ask previous owner of this machine he should know how to solve this.
