A blast from the past for PCW was created by TangentAudio
I was cleaning out a bin full of old electronics stuff the other day and this little board with a Mesa logo caught my eye. Probably circa 2001, I bought this CF to IDE adapter from Mesa for an embedded PC project. This would have been about 10 years before I was doing anything with LinuxCNC and Anything I/O boards.

Yeah, we made a huge number of those in the early 2000s
Some earlier stuff we did in the mid 1980s:

Reminds me, do you guys still sell the PC104 stuff? I was looking a while back but couldn't find any of it on the store. IIRC I was looking to replace a DOS PC and I think I was told the software needed a CPU <600mhz probably something to do with the RS232 ports. Can't remember the details....it might come up again.Yeah, we made a huge number of those in the early 2000s

We have not made PC-104 CPUs for a long time.
We still use some for internal testing

I always go there first, it's still your first hit on Google. Not sure about nowadays but it used to seem like it got updates for new boards before the store did, or at least they were easier to find.
Here's a question you don't get everyday....Does the 8i20 have an exposed SPI interface? I bet you already know what I'm thinking. I see some unpopulated pin headers, not sure what they're all for. I've had one laying around for a couple years....starting to get crazy ideas.
