Hello all
I am really struggling with setting up a mill that i got at an estate sale. it is a sherline with an emc unit. I have tried for a week to get linux cnc to control the steppers but to no avail I am offering some compensation for some phone support just to get this thing running. I really only need this to jog and use the DRO. Thanks in advance for any help.

It would help to know what you have installed, what you did, what you expected and what you got. Otherwise we can only guess...
How did you install LinuxCNC?
What driver do you have?
