I have some Pacific Scientific Drives and Motors that I purchased to do a machine retrofit that I just haven't been able to get around to.
The drives are part number PC833-001-T. This drive is powered with either three phase or single phase 220 or 110. Of course lower bus voltage when powered off 110 vac. These drives have current capacity of 3.6A continuous and 10.6A peak and can use encoders or resolvers for feedback. It is my understanding that the drive can also be used to control linear motors. See the manual below for more details.
I also have three ball screw linear actuators that were originally matched to these units. The motors are 700 watt nema 34 motors. Unfortunately I don't have the cables as the person who took the motors and drives off the machine they were used on didn't want to remove the cable from the machine so he just chopped off the cable at the motor and the drive. There are three of each on ebay right now. If you are interested please don't be afraid to make and offer either to me via PM or directly on ebay.

Also I have some devicenet encoders for sale on ebay right now, probably not much use in the linuxcnc world but they are quite inexpensive for what they are:
