Hardinge CHNC Lathe for sale. 8 station turret, 16c collet. 12" of Z travel. Machine had been running until the spindle drive went out. The rest of the machine functions perfectly. I don't use the machine enough to bother to fix it and want the space back in my workshop. The spindle drive can be repaired, motor swapped to an AC motor and VFD or I have a DC motor drive that could be hooked up to it. 16C collets and tool holders to go with the machine. I also have an 8" power chuck to go along with the lathe.

The conversion was done using a pair of 7i43's with the following adapter boards:
7i49 resolver interface
7i37 I/O
7i33 servo interface
2nd 7i37 for additional I/O

$1500 The lathe is located in Greenville, SC. Delivery is available.

Hi, do you still have the Allen-Bradley 7300 controller? Could have also been a different original controller. I'd be interested.
