I have two of these NOS, boxed with ESD bags and installation instruction sheet. I know little about them but from the user manual:

The SI-EtherCAT is an option module that provides EtherCAT connectivity and can be installed to the following drives:
• Unidrive M200 / M201 (sizes 2 to 9)
• Unidrive M300 (sizes 2 to 9)
• Unidrive M400 (sizes 2 to 9)
• Unidrive M600 (sizes 3 to 11)
• Unidrive M700 / M701 / M702 (sizes 3 to 11)

£100 for the pair plus postage? I will probably ebay them if no interest here first. I am in the UK.
