Upgrading to 2.4.7 via updates manager was created by steeley

Is it ok to update to 2.4.7 via the Ubuntu update manager? Couldn't find any info on this.

Update from what version?

Yes, but depending on your current version you may have to do a few minor things.

I'm on 2.4.3 and Ubuntu 10.04LTS

Yea, that is no problem, just use the synaptic package manager and update.
