Updating from my original install 2+ years ago

I forget which boards are which now but I can see they all have lights on.

No 5I23 found in that list so either theres a 5I23 or motherboard problem

I would power down, then verify that the 5I23 is seated in its slot ,
maybe pull the 5I23 and clean the contact fingers with 99% IPA
and power up and try again.

That was it, what a coincidence that was.
