Hi
There is no facility to supply CDs from linuxcnc.org, it would have to be an informal arrangement with another member, preferably in Australia to keep shipping costs down.
Go to the user map and you can see the members in your area who have specified their address ( a lot do not) and you could PM one nearest to you who seems active.

If you can be specific as to the errors you get, we should be able to help.
An XP is unlikely to have UEFI, so that leaves a 95% chance that it is the burning process under windoze that is the problem
