Is linuxcnc available to be intalled on opensuse? Or does it only come with ubuntu already installed?

You can install it from source on any distribution for which you can find an RTAI-patched kernel.
It is available as precompiled packages for Ubuntu Lucid and Precise, and also for Debian Wheezy from buildbot.linuxcnc.org
