latency test won´t run

Hello to all,

I just tried to install a new 2.6.4 version on a new pc-board (Asus P5B-V).

No matter if I run from live-CD or from freshly installed systen, latency test just shows 2 rows of zeros.

I didn´t expect to get such extraordinary results from my new board

Does anybody know a possible solution or the cause of this problem?

Hello TOX,
Likely not your problem but on my system the latency test will not run with linuxCNC running.

That's correct you cannot run any separate latency test when LinuxCNC is running.

( You can however run the histogram component in a running LinuxCNC instance and get better latency data than what the latency test reports )

A: Where did I say I ran both at the same time?
